Sealing components which are specially produced to match desired boundary conditions at low production volumes are considered as custom manufactured gaskets.
Custom manufacturing concept allows customers to send their own gasket designs to us for manufacturing. The customers could send 2D/3D drawing of the component where the gasket will be mounted as well.
If there is no drawing or gasket sample, the customer might send the assembly components to our company to scan and digitize them into 2D/3D data at high precision (0,005mm) thanks to our reverse engineering capabilities. Eventually, new gasket design could be made according to this digitized data.
